Method of Payment accepted is Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover via PayPal.

*Echecks are accepted through PayPal but take 3-4 business days to clear. Your order will be proceesed once we receive the funds. Normal processing times will apply.

Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

Returns:

All Personalized Favors are non-refundable.

Invitations only can be returned (if they are damaged or defective) as long as they are in 100% resalable condition and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. **If you are not sure about the invitation based on the image it is best to order a sample**

Non-personalized favors can be returned as long as they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

There will be a 20% restock fee on all returns and shipping fees are non -refundable.

As of 05/08/06 we must be notified of any damaged items or shortages within 5 days of delivery. If you choose to wait until after 5 days of receipt to check your order we can not be responsible for damages or shortages.

Clearance items are non-refundable.

There is a 50% penalty for returned shipments without authorization and refused shipments (shipments not picked up from the carrier).

*All returns must be approved by Customer Service.
